These Terms govern your use of ashleybestie.com, your membership application, and participation in Ashley Bestie community features. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. One person should not create multiple accounts to obtain limited member benefits.
2. Membership approval
Creating an account submits a membership request; it does not guarantee approval. Ashley Bestie administrators may approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts to protect the community. Founding Bestie status, when offered, is assigned according to the published eligibility rules and does not represent ownership, employment, or a financial interest in Ashley Bestie.
3. The Bestie Code
Be honest, respectful, and safe. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, invade privacy, post unlawful or deceptive material, distribute spam or malware, exploit minors, or interfere with the site. Do not share another person’s private information or image without permission.
4. Consultations and creative services
Submitting a consultation or project request does not create a booking, purchase, or service agreement. Availability, pricing, scope, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, revisions, cancellations, rescheduling, ownership, and usage rights will be confirmed before paid work begins. Social-media guidance, UGC education, vendor resources, and other information do not guarantee views, followers, brand deals, revenue, or business results. Website design services may be provided through Elevate Influence under separate project terms.
5. Posts and submissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you give Ashley Bestie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it for operating and promoting the community. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You may ask us to remove your content, subject to reasonable backups, legal obligations, and records needed for safety.
6. Nominations and consent
Members may nominate people inside or outside the community. A nomination is not a promise of selection or publication. Submit nominations in good faith and do not provide sensitive or unnecessary personal information. We intend to obtain the nominee’s permission before publicly featuring their name, image, or story.
7. Moderation
Community submissions may be reviewed before publication. We may edit formatting, decline, hide, remove, or preserve content and may investigate reports. We are not required to publish any submission or explain every moderation decision. Reported or illegal conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities.
8. Merchandise and promotions
Merchandise marked “Coming Soon” is not available for purchase. When sales open, product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping estimates, returns, limited-access rules, and any promotion-specific terms will be presented at checkout or on the applicable offer. We may correct errors and limit or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
9. Intellectual property
The Ashley Bestie name, site design, logos, graphics, original editorial content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Ashley Bestie. Except for ordinary personal use of the site, you may not copy, sell, scrape, reproduce, or create misleadingly similar materials without written permission.
10. Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on services such as Google, Discord, Epic Studios, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Supabase, Vercel, and Elevate Influence. Those services are governed by their own terms. Ashley Bestie is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site and community are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Ending access and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a feature. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new updated date.
